My girl friend and I both use this product. In the past, we had both gained weight together, changing our eating habbits, going out to resturants more, etc.. we have been ordering less take out, going for walks, and using acai fat burn. We started with just the walks and eating better but when we started using this product then we could really start to see the difference. She is losing twice as fast as me but she also gained it faster. It doesnt seem to have any bad side effects as long as you are okay with some caffeine. There are a lot of products out there they we do not trust.

I'll take safe and gradual over some of the scary overseas stuff out there anyday

My wife buys this product but I use it to. I have been using it for about 6 weeks and she has been using it for about a year. She has lost about 26 pounds and I am losing about 2 1/2 pounds a week. My brother follows herbs closely and told me that this was natural and that I didnt have to worry about using it. He said that there were other products out there that and cause acute liver damage (from asia) and other problems. He also said that now and then, you will see these types of products get yanked off the market.At least this product is safe, even if the progress is more gradual. Stick with a product that you can trust, whether it is this one or another one.

I am careful what I use in my body and was interested in adding acai to my diet. I was happy to see that it was all natural and that I had no bad side effects. I have more energy now especailly in the afternoon. I am losing weight and am so far happy with the product. I am almost done with the 3 months supply.

Bogus and misleading reviews!

I purchased the acai fat burn #3 after reading all the glowing reviews. I truly believe now that most of those reviews are just bogus from people trying to promote the product. I have taken weighloss pills before but this was a complete waste of money and time, not to mention extreme side effects from the extremely high levels of caffeine. I do not need to loose too much weight, I just needed to loose 7-10 lbs max to be where I feel good. I religiously took it for almost 2 weeks, and then I started to get heart palpitations, and shortening of breath, and I felt like climbing the walls. Needless to say that if you take it after 11:00 a.m forget about going to sleep at night. The instructions that came with the pills, asked to call a number to acquire authorization to return for refund if not pleased, instead of posting a negative review. I believe people have the right to know and I decide to write the review, and I do not care about the refund. I've already tossed them out. I should have been smarter and not have wasted my money on something that sounded too good to be true.

The product is pretty good. All the ingredients are natural and considered "health food" stuff. It's a great price especially because you get 3 bottles and, per directions, the thing should last a few months. It works, but you still need to exercise and eat healthy, proportional food. My only qualm is that I wished it would make me lose weight faster but you get what you pay for and, like I said, it's a great price.

I have been using Alli for quite some time. When I first began, I dreaded the "side effects" that were listed. What I discovered was I had better eating habits than I thought. Sure, there were some greasy stools but adjusting my diet helped that considerably. I got off of Alli for about 6 months before I ordered this bottle. I've discovered that my eating habits have improved even from before and have had no side effects at all. It is not an appetite suppresant but it lets your body know if what you're eating is correct. Also, more regular BM's are a plus.

Alli is an amazing weight loss drug! If you stick to the rules and eat healthy, you can lose weight. I lost 10 pounds in just under 2 weeks and I have kept the weight off! There were a few times that I would splurge and eat more than the recommended amount of fat and you would pay for it (in the bathroom) later but other than that, Alli is a great product that I recommend to anyone trying to lose weight.

I've tried the Japan Lingzhi before and it worked great! I lost 15lbs in a month and felt great! Unfortunately I fell off the wagon and hit up too many buffets and ended up gaining all of the lbs that I've lost and some. I recently bought these pills and I have to admit at a much cheaper price but it was ineffective! I did not have a decrease in appetite and increase in energy. Best bet is to buy them from your local herbal store or salon. A litte bit more expensive but totally worth it!

I'm not exactly sure if these were the real pills or not. According to some of the reviews I read online, the packaging was different from the authentic ones. However, I did have to use the restroom more, after taking these pills. I worked out and ate right. I lost about 13 lbs in 3 weeks. I still have about 10 to go, but haven't been taking the pills as I should.

I've been using this product for over a year now. What I love about it is you lose weight,and tone up without a lot of excercising. I work long hours so I can't go to the gym very often. Taking this every day or when needed, has helped me keep pounds and inches off. You don't even gain the weight back after you stop taking it. I have only been taking this product for two days, but so far it has been working great!!! The bottle states that you should take two pills a day, but for me, I only need to take one to feel satisfied. As far as weight loss, it is too soon to tell, but if you are looking for an all natural product to curb your appetite, this might just be for you!! :)

This is the first Hoodia product I have ever bought, and I was skeptical to try it, but it has been working GREAT! I have been taking it for about two weeks, and in the last week I have lost about a pound a day! I have just been trying to lose like 12 pounds for the last year, but I have not been able to do it. I eat healthily and exercise, but I just never feel full, so I guess I eat too much in one sitting. The Hoodia helped me eat less and then not feel like I'm starving. I count my calories too, and one day I ate less than 1000 calories and felt fine. It's good stuff, and I am so glad that I found it. If you have will power, (because you can still eat if you want to) this product is awesome:-)

I bought this a few months ago to use but then it go misplaced, probably with some crazy fast cleaning to prepare for company. The expiration dates are way out there so that is cool. My wife is telling me to lose some weight so that i dont have heart problems later. I am fairly active but I like to snack after work but before dinner is ready and at work, there is offen free food so that doesnt help either.I have been using it about 3 weeks now and my urge to snack is frequently missing. I am losing weight but I am not sure how much because we dont have scale but my pants are loose so I think Im on my way to loosing some fat.

I have only been using it for 3 weeks but it definitely helps curb my appetite. I am trying to lose about 27 pounds alltogether. I took the recommended dose of 1 a.m. and 1 p.m. for two weeks but didn't notice a difference. The next week I took 2 a.m. and 1 p.m. and felt a bit more in control of portions. The next week I took 2 a.m. and 2 p.m. -- wow, what a difference! Unlike diet pills, these produce no caffeine jitters or, for me, hyperactive talking. :-) There's just a numbing of my cravings, which can be overwhelming at times. I take two prescribed medications that increase appetite and holding on to weight, so that may be why it took extra Hoodia for my body to notice. Regardless, I'm very happy with the product and am ordering another batch today. BTW, I'm also weaning myself from diet sodas, as so much I read says that fake sugar promotes hunger, and certainly carbonation increases bloating (and breast cysts).

I purchased this item due to a friend telling me about it. She was originally about 300lbs and is now down to 200lbs. I tried some of her pills one day and noticed a big difference on my appetite. It really does help with cravings and to not be so hungry. I did not experience any side effects as I have with other products like Ali. This product is by no means a magic pill that you take and don't have to exercise. It is a tool in being able to aid in the help with loosing some weight. Summary: Eliminated fat in liver condition, helped me loose 20lbs, lowered bad cholesterol 31% and lowered triglycerides 41%, while allowing good cholesterol to increase 22% at the same time. More detailed data on the process is provided below.I had a liver test a year ago (May 2009) and had fat in my liver but at least I did not have "fatty liver disease." The doctor also told me my cholesterol was a bit too high and needed to be lowered, especially in light of the fat in my liver.I did some research, reading many articles, and compared many products and ideas based on my readings ( I have a Ph.D. in engineering but am not an MD). In one article a doctor compared many weight loss pills. The doctor postulated, based on the ingredients in Metabo Fat Burner, that the Metabo Fat Burner would merely burn fat in the liver. However, he doubted whether it would have any ability to actually burn body fat to cause actual weight loss.At the time, since all I was looking for a product to burn the excess fat built up in my liver, I said "bingo" and ordered six bottles.I took all of these pills for extended intervals off and on and used up the six bottles over the course of the last year (May 2009 to June 2010) (actually I reordered another six bottles in May 2010) . During this time frame of a year and a month, I used about seven bottles . On July 1 2010 I took another liver sonogram and the report came back with no fat in the liver.Also, a year ago I weighed in at 165lbs and this year weighed in at 141lbs (15% drop of total body weight). I must admit that I did change my diet by eating less meat and more salads with things like home made beans and/or homemade humus added, more fish, and cut back on meat and fried foods etc. My bad cholesterol went down 50 points (-31%) due to diet change and possibly with a boost from Metabo Fat Burner product. My Triglycerides also dropped 57 points, (-41%). My good cholesterol went up 16 points (+22%), and that I attribute to the diet change, but at least we see the Metabo Fat Burner helps burn the bad fats and but not the good fats. That is important.I have recommended this to other people and they do not have the same time history as I do, but are reporting that they are rapidly seeing results.In all honesty, I do not recommend buying this product and eating a burger and fries every five minutes. If you want it to work I recommend: 1) Eat less fatty foods and less meats, etc - more raw vegetables in salads, e.g., with chicken or tuna or beans or humus thrown in with it to fill you up in a healthy way - bottom line, less bad food and more healthy food. 2) I exercise daily with a 90 minute walk - each person is different, do daily regular exercise as much as possible. 3) Use the Metabo fat burner product - two pills at breakfast and two at lunch - buy six bottles, use them up slowly this way. Take a break from them.... I have found this to be among the best hoodia I could find. I experimented with a few diffrent brands and found this to be the most effective in helping me resist the temptation of eating extra food. A pure and potent hoodia is a good weight loss aid but if you are going to eat out of just habit and not whether you are hungry then you will not get the results you are hoping for. I plan to buy again.

This is the first Hoodia product I have ever bought, and I was skeptical to try it, but it has been working GREAT! I have been taking it for about two weeks, and in the last week I have lost about a pound a day! I have just been trying to lose like 12 pounds for the last year, but I have not been able to do it. I eat healthily and exercise, but I just never feel full, so I guess I eat too much in one sitting. The Hoodia helped me eat less and then not feel like I'm starving. I count my calories too, and one day I ate less than 1000 calories and felt fine. It's good stuff, and I am so glad that I found it. If you have will power, (because you can still eat if you want to) this product is awesome:-)

I am on my second bottle and have found my appetite getting smaller over time. I tried a different product a long time ago but wasnt impressed. At least this product works a lot of the time for me. I was happy to see that it was pure Hoodia and not mixed with junk, like some of the brands that I checked out and decided not to buy in the past. Hoodia has a subtle effect for me that I really like so it makes me trust it a lot more than if it was someting where there was a huge change all at once. I will probably buy more when I use this up. The time release feature is very important for getting the maximum benefit of it. I didnt feel any negative side effects whatsoever. My main criticism of it is that it takes up a lot of room in my medicine cabinet because it is 3 separate bottles and I dont have a lot of room but it is a lot for the money.

I am on my 4th bottle and am ready to order more. Some people dont seem dont seem to understand how Hoodia works. It isnt a miricle food, just a nice way to safely curb the appeitite. I found that it works most of the time for me but not every single minute. It is a good value for the money and will help you lose weight if you stick with it; a very cheap price for better health.

I noticed this product start working right away. I work long hours where I only have one break and don't have the option of snacking. I used to be extremely hungry and customers could literally hear my stomach grumble. Now with the Hoodia, I don't even think about snacks. I feel much less hungry during the day. I don't feel for cravings, which is especially helpful late at night. I have lost weight over the past two weeks, and I know I will lose more.

I bought Alli Weight-Loss Aid, Orlistat 60mg Capsules, 90-Count Starter Pack in Dec,2009 and kept track of myself on their website before they changed it. I religiously followed the instruction, ate 1000 calories per day(all healthy food) and worked out 45mins(7 days non stop). I lost about 14 pound in a month, I think it was because of my diet/excercise, not because of the pills. In that month, I had orange oil/fat in my poop and stain on my underwear(it is very hard to wash). The most horrible thing was that I had 18 days period, which never happened in my life. My period is always 7 days every month, with that much food I ate, my period should be less/shorter, but that wasnt the case. My period was more than usual. Then I stopped taking the pill, my period became usual again.(hooray) Also, I lost all my records due to the website change, I couldnt find any useful forum posts on their forum anymore. People actually complained a lot on their website, a lot of women had menstrual problem(like period disappear, or longer period).But all those postive/negative comments were gone =/So after 7 months, I started my diet again with this pill, I took it twice a day(lunch and dinner) and I used calorie count to help tracking calories intake. The same diet and work out routine, I lost about 6 pound in half month. This time my period came 10 days earlier, I bled for 2 days, then it stopped. After 1 more day, it started again,then I had severe cramp with diarrhea, the pain was unbearable(the feeling is like you took multivatamin with empty stomach), my colon was painful and my belly was bolated. I was laying on the bed, not matter how I adjusted my position, I felt horrible. After 4-5 hours, I finally fell asleep, the dull pain was still there. This morning, I decided to write this review to share my experience, now I still feel light headed and bloated. I know all the suffering was from the alli pill, because my husband ate the same food as me, he was fine. I suffered the pain for 4-5 hours straight in 20mins after I took the pill.It might work for you, but alli is not for me. I dont think it is worthy for me to sacrify my health for the trouble and suffering. I would rate it 0 if I can. Sorry for the grammar/spelling mistakes.

Please take the negative reviews with a grain of salt. Alli is a very usefull tool for weight loss if you follow the plan to a "t" and do EVERYTHING that the books that come with it say to do. You will not have "treatment effects" if you do it the right way. If people actually read the liturature that comes with it they would know this. You MUST not go over the reccomended amount of fat grams for each meal and snacks. You cannot "save up" the fat grams and eat a whole days worth at one sitting thinking you will not have problems. There is no way to eat high fat foods while taking Alli and not have "treatment effects", you will never be able to eat cheeseburgers while on Alli and not have a problem, even if you starve all day. The Alli plan tells you to keep a food diary for EVRYTHING you eat. If people are just writing down estimates or not writiing down anything at all thinking they can remember everything you ate, you most likely have "treatment effects". You have to be diligent about how you eat and 100% certain about the calrories and fat grams in everything you eat. Here is the bottom line, Alli is a great tool, Alli really works like it says it does. The people who say they had problems with it were not as diligent as they should have been in follwing the plan. For instance a person may very well have eaten Chicken and veggies for dinner, but they failed to include the fat grams of the oil they cooked it in. This happens alot with resatuarant meals. You have no way of knowing for certain if there has been extra fat added to a dish unless you cooked it yourself. I can say with almost 100% certainty that all of the people who claimed to have "treatment effects" despite following the program are not being honest with themselves. Alli is a tool, not a magic bullet and it is ALOT of work, but it is worth it! On side note, you dont have to give up the foods you love on Alli. With a little bit of searching online, it is possible to find low fat versions of many of the foods you love! Be creative, you probably can come up with your own low fat versions of your favorites!

I've been taking this... for some time now near to a year now... and I love this stuff!I can honestly say that these little pills work. I'm a housewife, and busy chasing three kids (Unfortunately, and I'll be 100% honest here) other then chasing the boys, I may get an hour or two of real exercise a week, and in making sure my boys eat right, I don't always get to monitor my fat intake and the like... but! These pills help with that!I've lost up to forty lbs total while using these (Pregnancy weight and then some!) and as of yet, have not had an explosive amount of fat pew forth from my back end like some people complain about.The trick of these things is, is the same as when teaching a kid to potty!When you get that UH OH feeling.. GO! If you feel like you need to fart, GO TO THE BATHROOM! It's not all that hard!The best part of these: You don get the jitters like you do from most 'diet' pills! These are just about the best things you can use!

I HAVE BEEN TAKING ALLI FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY OF THE GAS PROBLEMS OR THE LEAKAGE I HAVE HEARD PEOPLE TAKING ABOUT. WHEN YOU USE THE RESTROOM YOU CAN SEE THE FAT THAT YOUR BODY DID NOT ABSORB. I HAVE BEEN ON A LOW FAT DIET AND THAT COULD BE WHY I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS.

I am sorry, but it doesn't worked for me, i was taken for 2 weeks and i had no changes on my weight! i was eating well etc! I am 25lbs over weight, maybe just work for more!
