You can stroke the jaw very gently and follow the natural contours of your jaw as a part of your exercising routine. This is one of the most effective facial exercises for jowls which starts at the chin and ends at the lymph glands which help in redefining the jaw line. You can keep repeating this on the other side of face for at least 5 times for the most effective results.
