What is Laser Liposuction?

How Laser treatment is Tumescent Liposuction Done?

However, the benefits of tumescence are so important that the solution tumescent liposuction is also used when the laser is performed under general anesthesia to control bleeding, improved fat removal and treatment postoperative pain.

The SlimLipo uses a 924nm (nm = nanometer a millionth of a meter, and describes the color wavelength of the laser in the visible light spectrum, which is 924nm yellow, the color of the fat) wavelength laser.
The laser wavelength of 924nm used in SlimLipo dissolves or releases three to five times more fat during lasing as well as other lengths wave common use. The other wavelengths used by the different water liposuction laser target machines, not fat, and are less efficient and less specific to dissolve fat.
The 924nm SlimLipo also works very well hydrated fat, which means that the fat dissolving the laser works very well after that the tumescent fluid is injected.
How I can find a surgeon for my laser tumescent liposuction?
I am a board certified plastic surgeon, so I'm very prejudiced that you should have your laser tumescent liposuction performed by board certified plastic surgeon. My opinion is that if you're going to have surgery of any kind, you want a certified surgeon who has been fully trained and are experts in the care of a patient surgery. You want the security of knowing that if something goes wrong, the doctor will have the ability, experience and training to care for you.
Some dermatologists do liposuction and are trained in liposuction and laser. If you want a laser liposuction make your dermatologist, I recommend to make sure your dermatologist is board certified and had a fellowship in dermatologic surgery.

What I ask the doctor questions about tumescent liposuction laser?
Do not be intimidated by the white coat and afraid to ask your doctor important. You are an educated consumer and a good doctor will welcome the fact that you are prepared and have done your reading. • Is it expected a good result, why?
• Can you show the before and after picture of patients who have operated on?
• "I can talk to a patient who has had this surgery for you?
• What are the modalities of an emergency during evenings and weekends, which are available?
• Will my laser tumescent liposuction is performed in an operating room or outpatient facility approved under standard sterile precautions and safety? If and monitoring emergency services available if needed?
Most importantly, trust your gut feelings during your visit to the doctor. Is office clean and professional? Make the doctor and staff treat you in a respectful way? Ask yourself comfortable I'll be calling these people and rely on them if I have an emergency at night or on weekends? Will I feel comfortable expressing my concern and disappointment if I feel that way? If you notice any discomfort or uncertainty, you should consult another doctor.
