Posture Lion is a strong stance, and mimics the fierceness of a lion about to spring. Kneel and rest your buttocks on your heels, rest your hands flat on knees. You will feel a sense of muscular tension throughout the body and expand your chest. Open your mouth (jaw) and tongue thrust forward, as far possible. Open your eyes in a fierce look, and tighten the arms and fingers.

Lion Pose is invigorating and beneficial to the muscles of the throat, eyes, chest and spine. At first, hold the position for a minute, and as progress, this position may be held for three minutes.

Sava "Sana A: Dead Pose

Dead Pose is a relaxing position, offering complete relaxation and tranquility for body, mind and nervous system. This position should be the last pose she makes in her exercise routine. Relaxation is easy just to lie face up, but requires the systematic involvement of his mind.

no i havent heard of this form of yoga for the face, but yoga is not usually ends with me my flat on my face. not good with the balance you see. only land on their feet.
